Each Sunday at 10:15 AM The YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee leads FREE, all-levels group exercise class at Cathedral Square Market. Classes rotate each week. From strength to stretch, you’ll find a class that fits your vibe. See full schedule below.

No pre-registration required–just wear comfortable clothes and bring water.

Stay for local vendors, fresh coffee, live music and more from 9 AM-2 PM.
